This template can be used for many business sites, as well as AdSense or affiliate Web sites, such as women's fashion, cosmetics, bridal/wedding salon, fashion design, spa, hair salon, kids/baby clothes, diaper service, toys, Web design, writer/author, graphic artist, photography, jewelry, tantra, meditation, bedding, self-help, hypnosis, cosmetician, etc.

The Photoshop® PSD file is included so you can change the logo and/or the company name. And, of course, you can change anything that is formatted in XSitePro, such as the background colour, newsletter sign-up box, menus, RSS, Twitter/Facebook buttons, etc.

You can remove the AdSense ads and add affiliate ads instead. If you retain the AdSense ads, you will need to change them to your own account IDs, as they are currently using mine.

Price: Non-exclusive rights: $75. For an additional $75, I will customize the company name for you in Photoshop and even change the colour scheme for the template.
